Shopify and ecommerce website setup, redesign, and SEO for Indian D2C brands seeing traffic, DMs, or orders, but not consistent conversion.
The real issue
What most founders don't realise
Customers visit to check price, product, delivery, and trust. If this is not clear, they leave quietly.
Why effort isn't working
Results don't match the work
Ads and Instagram bring people in but the store decides whether they buy or drop.
What I fix
I do not decorate stores. I fix what affects buying decisions.
When someone lands on your store, they should quickly understand what you sell, what it costs, why it's worth buying, and how to buy without any confusion.

Luxury Leather Handbag Brand
A premium brand moving from offline retail. The brief was to make the online experience feel as considered as their product.
Beauty Ecommerce App
D2C skincare brand scaling beyond Instagram. Needed mobile-first clarity for a customer who browses fast and decides faster.
Artisan Bakery
A home-baked brand with real demand but no system behind it. Built to make ordering feel as easy as a WhatsApp message.
Jewellery Brand
Conversion-focused entry point for a brand running paid ads — designed to land buyers, not just browsers.
How I work
Design is the last step. Before anything gets built, I need to understand your business, your customers, and where the current experience is losing people.
One conversation before anything else. I understand your business, what you sell, who buys it, and what's not working. No proposals before this.
Your niche, your competitors, what customers expect when they land on a store like yours — and what could actually set you apart.
Clean execution. Three revision rounds. Direct communication throughout. You work with me — not a junior, not someone who doesn't know your brief.
Not just one that looks good. One that supports how your business actually runs — and is ready for what comes next.
About
Hi, there! I'm Kavya, a Shopify & Ecommerce Website Designer. I work with Indian D2C brands that are already selling and want their online store to help their business grow.
My focus is not decoration or trends. It is clarity. How products are presented, how trust is built, and how customers move through a store before they decide to buy.
I spend time observing how Indian customers shop today. What they check, what they skip, and where they hesitate. That understanding guides how I build and redesign stores.
I work one-on-one, not through a large team. This keeps communication clear and the work closely tied to the business, not a template.

If something isn't answered here, the easiest thing is to just reach out directly.
Usually it's not traffic — it's clarity. Visitors arrive but can't quickly understand why your product is right for them, or something in the experience creates hesitation before checkout. The design can look fine while the structure underneath quietly breaks the sale. That's exactly what a store redesign is meant to find and fix.
Store redesigns usually take 2–4 weeks. New store setups typically take 1–2 weeks. The timeline depends on scope, and I'll always be clear about it before we start — not after.
Not exclusively. But I work best with brands that have already proven demand — meaning customers want what you're selling, even if the system around it needs work. If you're still figuring out product-market fit, a store redesign won't solve that yet.
Direct, fast communication — you hear from me, not someone passing messages along. I ask questions when I need to, share progress at each stage, and don't disappear between calls. Three revision rounds are included in every project, and I'm clear about scope before we begin.
Pricing depends on what the project actually needs — scope, complexity, and your stage as a business. I'd rather give you a clear, honest number after a short conversation than post a rate that either over-promises or undersells. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
On-page fundamentals — clean URL structure, meta setup, page speed — are part of every redesign. A full discoverability foundation (keyword research, content structure, analytics) is a separate service. I'll recommend it if your stage genuinely calls for it, and not otherwise.
One conversation is enough to know whether I can help. Just a clear look at where things stand and what might change. You decide what to do next.
